Conductive soft mat-g is composed of 3 layer construction. Adding a polymer-type antistatic agent and conductive carbon in the intermediate and the backside layers results in suppressing dispersion of electric resistance caused by humidity and temperature changes. As shown in the illustration above, the static electricity absorbed on the surface layer is transferred through the intermediate layer to the backside layer where the electric resistance is lower than that on the surface layer. This mat is characterized by the systematic elimination of the static electricity. The static electricity on the surface of the mat is easily transferred to the backside, but the static electricity on the backside is not transferred to the surface easily. This high-quality mat supports the sanitized rooms of factories assembling high-precision components where the elimination of static electricity is essential.
